将变化的，如时间放到 session 的 system reminder，提示词将 skill list 放到后面去。
system reminder 会插入到 user message 的一个 part。在前面
system reminders 应该是一个集合，包含多个 reminder interface 的个体。
项目的 agents.md 也是一种 system reminder。
